The Minnesota Vikings won their first game of the season 28-6 against the New York Giants and the feeling around the fanbase is very high right now. That is going to be tested on Sunday afternoon against the San Francisco 49ers.
It's shaping up to be a difficult game for the Vikings, as they are currently 5.5-point underdogs to the 49ers and that is potentially without star running back Christian McCaffrey. He missed Monday night's 32-19 win over the New York Jets but Jordan Mason stepped up in a major way.
The game on Sunday afternoon will kick off at noon CST with the game being on CBS. Former Minnesota Timberwolves broadcaster Kevin Harlan will be on the call with Trent Green and Melanie Collins joining him on the broadcast.
Luckily for a significant part of the country, they will be able to see the game.
All of the areas in blue will get to see the game. That includes the majority of the northern part of the country and all of the NFC North. Both the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers play at noon but both games air on Fox. The Chicago Bears play on Sunday night.
If you live outside of the blue areas, you will need to have NFL Sunday Ticket to see the game.
