Steelers wide receiver George Pickens was visibly upset over his usage on Sunday. Rookie quarterback Kenny Pickett understands his frustrations and knows they need to get Pickens more involved.
"One day it might be George’s day. One day it could be Diontae. One day it could be Pat," Pickett told reporters. "But obviously we want to get the ball in 14’s hands."

Pickens was held to just one catch for two yards in Pittsburgh's 19-16 win over the Atlanta Falcons. It was the rookie receiver's worst stat line since Week 8 when he was held to zero catches and zero yards.
However, he still had more targets in Week 8 (three) than in Week 13 (two). That is why some, like Pickens, have been rubbed the wrong way.
George Pickens being mad he’s not getting the ball ain’t a story. For now.

If it continues, sure. But a talent like him getting targeted twice is criminal. I’d be mad if he wasn’t mad.
Others are a little more worried about Pickens' sideline antics, drawing Antonio Brown-like comparisons.
Hilarious that FOR YEARS when AB was the best receiver in football and was upset with not being targeted, he was a diva.

Rookie George Pickens is doing same thing and is being defended. Make it make sense.
Whichever way you lean, Pickett doesn't seem too worried.
"He’s a competitor, man. Of course, we want to get the ball to George," Pickett added. "We have weapons everywhere, so sometimes that’s just how it goes."
Both rookies have shown good chemistry this season and will look to get back on track in Week 14 when they host the 8-4 Baltimore Ravens.
