The Pittsburgh Steelers are headed to Paris to take on the New Orleans Saints in the NFL’s first-ever game in France. Pittsburgh has an opportunity to strengthen its position in the AFC North before heading into its bye week. However, both teams have plenty at stake as they navigate tight divisional races early in the season.

The Saints currently sit third in the NFC South, just 1.5 games out of first place. Meanwhile, the Steelers are only half a game behind the division leaders in the AFC North.

Both teams also have injury concerns heading into Sunday’s matchup. Pittsburgh could get some key players back in the coming weeks, but several injured contributors may not return until after the bye. The Steelers will face a significant test as they manage those injuries and look to overcome their road struggles.

Here is the final injury report for the Steelers ahead of their Week 7 matchup against the Saints:

The Steelers will be without wide receiver Skowronek and cornerback Echols against the Saints after both missed all three practices. Running back Dowdle remains questionable after three consecutive limited sessions, while safety Elliott is also questionable despite practicing fully throughout the week as he works toward a return from injured reserve.

Pittsburgh received a boost with Watt, Ramsey, and Highsmith all progressing to full participation Friday and listed as in. Their availability strengthens the Steelers’ defense heading into Sunday’s matchup in Paris. Defensive lineman Joseph-Day and Heyward also appeared on the earlier reports, but Heyward is expected to be a full go and Joseph-Day was placed on injured reserve
