The Minnesota Vikings are set to take on the Detroit Lions on Sunday night in arguably the biggest final week of the regular season game in the history of the National Football League.
Not only are the Vikings going to be playing to win the NFC North, but the number one seed in the NFC will also be on the line. That has never happened before in the history of the NFL.
The NFC North has been historically good. The top three teams in the division are going into Monday Night Football with an incredible record of 38-9. Of those nine losses, five of them are to each other.
Not only are the Vikings and Lions going into this game with a combined 27 wins, it will be just the fourth time in the history of the NFL where both teams are 10 or more games over 0.500 with the last instance coming in 2005.
Sunday's game in Detroit will be only the 4th in NFL history between two teams that are both 10+ games above .500, per @EliasSports. The others:

2005: Seahawks vs. Colts
1983: Washington vs. Cowboys
1926: Yellow Jackets vs. Bears
We have seen some really good final games at the end of the regular season, including the end of the 2015 season the Vikings clinching the NFC North 20-13 at Lambeau Field over the Green Bay Packers.
This will be just as difficult of a matchup, as the Lions have one of the best offenses in the National Football League. However, their defense is decimated with injuries and the Vikings can exploit them.
The nation will get to see the Vikings take on the Lions and show everyone that they are legitimate Super Bowl contenders.
