Swift Identified As Major Influence In Kelce's Final Choice

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are - together and apart - are "game-changers'' in their respective professions.

But it seems there are crossover impact moves as well.

To wit ...

Kelce's recent decision to postpone retirement and to play another year in KC is clearly inspired by something his girlfriend did.

She sang.

"The only way you can find yourself in the light is to find yourself in the dark first," Kelce told his brother Jason Kelce during their "New Heights" podcast.  "I just listen to Taylor's music. She has something for everything."

In other words, Kelce climbed out of the sadness of losing the Super Bowl and cleared his head in a major way about his future ... thanks to music.

Meanwhile, with both of their work schedules quieting down, the power-couple pair this week took some time to be together ... and sort of in private.

They reportedly jetted off overseas for a much-needed vacation, and such was the secrecy that no one knows where the couple went.

Now, that is likely by design as the need to get away from the attention that was high after the Super Bowl loss for Travis and the booing at the game aimed at Taylor.

But in what was an odd occurrence, upon their return to the US, the couple managed to go "out on the town" per a source who spoke to Page Six, and managed to do it without anyone knowing.

“They weren’t photographed or anything,” the source told Page Six.

That was surely a nice change of pace for the couple.

The source also told Page Six that the pair went "unnoticed," and given how famous they are, we can't quite believe that happened, but if people really want to stay out of the limelight, they will find a way, and it's clear Taylor and Travis did.

But we can't imagine that will last too long with media outlets now thirsty for the latest gossip and photos of the pair out in public.

It has been a tough last few weeks for the pair, and going on vacation, plus an "unnoticed" date night, might just be the best way to recharge and be a "normal" couple for perhaps the first time in their relationship.
