Tennessee Titans Receive Generous Ranking Among All 32 Teams

"Cam Ward's sophomore campaign should produce a major leap forward, if not a total breakout. Yes, that's setting the bar rather high, but after enduring the adversity and dysfunction that accompanies in-season coach firings, Ward is now in a very favorable situation. This would be a reasonable jump. So much so that the Titans would be selecting outside of the top five for the first time since the 2024 NFL Draft, when they selected JC Latham with the No. 7 overall draft pick.

The Titans' draft selection would be No. 9 if they were to stay true to this ranking, which means that the Titans made a reasonable jump from being the fourth-worst team in the NFL. While this isn't the exact playoff season that fans will hope for, this is a reasonable jump that showcases the great additions that they made during the offseason, along with the culture change that they had with the new addition of head coach Robert Saleh and company.

In my opinion, this would be a successful season for the Titans and would be a great first step back towards the top of the AFC South, which consists of the Indianapolis Colts (No. 19), Houston Texans (No. 9), and the Jacksonville Jaguars (No. 7).
