The Colts need to use their secret weapon against the Texans
Matt Kryger, Indy Star-USA TODAY NETWORK

The stakes for the Indianapolis Colts Week 18 matchup with the Houston Texans could not be bigger.

The winner is heading to the playoffs, and the loser will be watching the postseason from the comfort of their couch.

With this game essentially being a playoff game, the Colts need to pull out all the stops. And they just so happen to have a secret weapon against the Texans, former Colts WR T.Y. Hilton.

Hilton played against the Texans 20 times during his NFL career. He had 1,820 yards and 11 touchdowns in those 20 games. And finished with an impressive 14-6 record against them.

Hilton's nickname, "The Ghost," became a real thing the Texans feared. Hilton leaving the Colts is truly one of the best things to ever happen to the Texans. And the Colts have the chance to bring the ghost back for this weeks crucial game.

The Colts have a formr player or notable Indiana bang an anvil before each home game to get the stadium hyped. And this week, they should without a doubt give that honor to Hilton. And if they would rather not have Hilton on the anvil for some reason, I'd vote that they let Hilton lead them out of the locker room to a thunderous Lucas Oil Stadium that would lose their minds seeing Hilton once again come out of the tunnel at Lucas Oil Stadium.
