
The Houston Texans entered the playoffs with one of the best defenses in the NFL, and they leaned on that defense to stifle Aaron Rodgers and eliminate the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Despite winning 30-6, the Texans led just 7-6 at halftime break. The Texans defense allowed just 175 total yards, sacking Rodgers four times, forcing two turnovers and scoring touchdowns on both of them.
Offensively, it was a combination of youth and experience that led the way. Veteran Christian Kirk had by far his best game of the season, catching eight passes for 144 receiving yards with a touchdown. Meanwhile, rookie fourth-round draft pick Woody Marks led the way on the ground, rushing 19 times for 112 yards and a touchdown in his playoff debut. His touchdown all put the game out of reach in the fourth quarter for Pittsburgh
