The 'Most TD's in 1st 25 NFL starts' quiz

After leading an improbable comeback against the Dallas Cowboys to help keep the Arizona Cardinals undefeated at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, Gardner Minshew has been named the new starting quarterback in the desert. 

Minshew entered the game in the final minute of the third quarter with the Cardinals down 17-3, and things changed immediately. 

Tyler Allgier ran for a 63-yard touchdown on Minshew’s second snap of the game and accounted for 78 yards and receiving touchdown on the next drive, and Minshew finished 17-of-23 with 188 yards and three passing touchdowns of his own as the Cardinals won 33-30 in overtime. 

When Minshew starts for Arizona in Week 9, it will be the sixth team he’s started a game for in eight NFL seasons. Arizona head coach said that rookie Carson Beck is now second on the team’s depth chart, with Brissett getting demoted all the way to QB3. 

Which brings us to today’s quiz. While Minshew has fallen into the journeyman/backup role in his NFL career, he’ll always be remembered for the era “Minshew Mania,” when he broke out as a rookie with the Jacksonville Jaguars in 2019.
