The 'NFL's active passing leaders' quiz

One of the most interesting stories to monitor in the 2026 NFL season will be that of Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones.

After being cast off from the New York Giants and winning the starting gig over Anthony Richardson in 2025, he and the Colts appeared to be legitimate AFC contenders. But after getting off to an 8-2 start, Indy started returning to Earth even before Jones tore his achilles in Week 14.

But the good news is that the veteran entering his eighth NFL season seems to be heading the right way for his goal of starting Week 1.

“He continues to trend in a positive direction and left a strong impression during the spring workouts for his availability for training camp,” said NFL insider Jason La Canfora.

While he didn’t participate in full-team drills, he was cleared for 7-on-7 activities and might be able to avoid starting the preseason on the Physically Unable to Perform list. If he is, it will be a relief for head coach Shane Steichen who will likely have to choose between Richardson and Riley Leonard if Jones isn’t ready.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Jones is one of 28 active quarterbacks with at least 15,000 passing-yards under his belt. How many of those quarterbacks can you name in five minutes?

Good luck!
