The 'Yearly NFL passing leaders' quiz

Happy 29th birthday to two-time Pro Bowler, two-time AP Comeback Player of the Year and Cincinnati Bengals franchise quarterback, Joe Burrow!

The Bengals drafted Burrow first-overall in the 2020 NFL Draft after his historic Heisman Trophy and National Championship season at LSU. While he’s dealt with multiple significant injuries in Cincinnati, Burrow has proven himself one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL when healthy.

After tearing his ACL as a rookie in 2020, Burrow returned in 2021 with 4,611 yards and 34 touchdowns en route to an appearance in Super Bowl LVI. In the three full seasons he’s played with the Bengals, Burrow has eclipsed 4,000 yards and 30 touchdowns in each of them. In 2024, he led the NFL in both passing yards and touchdowns, despite Cincinnati missing the postseason.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Burrow’s 4,918 yards in 2024 not only led the NFL, but also broke his own Bengals record for most passing yards in one season. With that being said, how many of the quarterbacks to lead the NFL in passing yards since 1970 can you name in seven minutes?

Good luck!
