Star wide receiver Stefon Diggs was found not guilty of assault and strangulation charges stemming from an alleged incident with his private chef.
That legal dispute may have played a role in Diggs' lackluster free agent market, but with the issue behind him things may start to move.
Even though he's no longer in his prime, Diggs has proven to be a reliable pass catcher, and he topped 1,000 receiving yards again last season.
As such, it wouldn't be much of a surprise to see multiple teams lining up to get him. Of those, these are the three he should strongly consider joining.
The Patriots cut Diggs loose early in the offseason before signing Romeo Doubs, and they're still in the mix to trade for A.J. Brown. That said, there are no guarantees that the Philadelphia Eagles will move him.
Diggs developed instant chemistry with Drake Maye. He didn't always stay out of trouble, but the organization said all the right things about him.
Now that he's been cleared of any wrongdoing, they might welcome him back in Foxborough with open arms. At least if they fail to get their hands on Brown.
The Titans took the first wide receiver of the 2026 NFL Draft, but trusting a rookie to make such an impact hasn't always worked out.
They already have Wan'Dale Robinson, but Calvin Ridley looked like a shell of himself last season. Adding Diggs to the mix would certainly help Cam Ward in Year 2.
Diggs is familiar with Titans offensive coordinator Brian Daboll's offense. There's a need in Tennessee and Diggs seems like a good fit.
The Raiders will have a much stronger roster than they did last season, but the wide receiver corps is still somewhat underwhelming.
Head coach Klint Kubiak will roll with Kirk Cousins as his starter in Week 1, and the quarterback has already played with Diggs in Minnesota. Diggs could be their WR1 right out of the gate.
The Raiders might give Diggs the most opportunities to shine. Kubiak has an explosive offense, and his familiarity with the quarterback makes him a seamless fit.
