New England Patriots legend Tom Brady and former New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning have a bit of history from their Hall of Fame-worthy NFL careers.
While Brady won seven Super Bowls during his time with the Patriots and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, one thing he couldn’t do was beat Manning and the Giants on the biggest stage. In fact, two of his three Super Bowl losses came against New York, both during his tenure with New England.
However, following their careers, the two former quarterbacks have remained active. Most recently, they attended Fanatics Fest NYC on Friday. The event at the Javits Center is the "world’s largest arena for sports and collectibles that brings together die-hard enthusiasts, renowned athletes, and passionate collectors for an unparalleled celebration of all things sports, collectibles, and pop culture."
As Brady was introduced to a noticeable chorus of boos from the New York City crowd, he grabbed a Manning jersey and tore it in half. After some celebratory antics from Brady, Manning ran over and jumped on his back, drawing another loud reaction as Brady walked off with Manning still hanging on.
Bleacher Report posted the video of Brady and Manning's antics on social media, to which Brady reposted on his Instagram Story.
"Only at @fanaticsfest," Brady captioned his story.
Brady was in attendance on Friday alongside numerous celebrities , including rapper Travis Scott, Fanatics founder Michael Rubin and streamer Logan Paul. Manning was joined by his brother, Peyton, and three young NFL quarterbacks, Caleb Williams, Bryce Young and C.J. Stroud.
Brady will be in attendance again Saturday, joining NBA and Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James’ podcast, “The Shop,” alongside San Antonio Spurs rookie Victor Wembanyama. Manning, however, was only scheduled for one appearance on Friday.
