There's no doubt that in his 23-year career, he made a few enemies out of Raiders fans, going 6-1 against them, including one playoff win, but it's clear that many are welcoming him with open arms.

Brady Sets Clear Goals With Las Vegas

There's no doubt that over the past decade, the Raiders have been one of the league's most disappointing teams, accumulating a 72-92 record with just two playoff appearances, losing in the wild-card round both times.

However, that's something Brady wants to see change, telling Paul Gutierrez of Raiders.com, "Winning games in September starts with what happens in February, March and April, when no one's really watching. They've been hard at work. And our goal is to, you know, win a lot of football games."

However, that's easier said than done, as the expectations for Las Vegas aren't particularly high, with ESPN BET even giving them the worst odds (+1500) to win the division as they look to avoid their second straight last-place finish in the AFC West.
