It’s been quite the offseason for 35-year-old star tight end Travis Kelce, highlighted by his engagement to longtime girlfriend and global music icon Taylor Swift after more than two years together.

With the NFL season just days away, Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs are preparing to kick off Friday night in São Paulo, Brazil, against the Los Angeles Chargers. While Kelce has been vocal about his mission to bounce back after what he considered a down year in 2024, he continues to make headlines off the field as well.

Last week, Kelce launched a major partnership and personal collection with American Eagle, featuring several rising athletes, including Jeremiah Smith, Drew Allar, Suni Lee, and Kiyan Anthony.

On Tuesday, Kelce officially announced that he is joining organic hydration company "Recover 180" as both an investor and brand partner.

“When it comes to performing at your highest level, quality matters,” Kelce said. “I’ve been drinking RECOVER 180 because it’s clean, organic hydration with ingredients that support peak performance. Having a healthier recovery option is a game-changer, and I love investing in something that’s truly pushing the category forward.”

As Travis Kelce has developed into one of the premier athletes in all of sports, he’s also branched out into the business world with partnerships that include American Eagle, Patrón, Hydrow, General Mills, and Garage Beer, which he co-owns with his brother, Jason Kelce.

In announcing Kelce’s latest venture, Boardroom shared in a joint post:
“A three-time Super Bowl champ, Kelce embodies what RECOVER 180 stands for: performance backed by intention. His durability, athleticism, and charisma make him a natural fit to amplify the brand’s mission to transform how people hydrate. The partnership marks another significant milestone in RECOVER 180’s continued expansion and strategic approach to aligning with authentic, creative talent partners.”

Travis Kelce is entering his 13th NFL season, and Friday will mark his first game since the Chiefs’ loss in Super Bowl LIX to the Philadelphia Eagles last February—a defeat that briefly led him to contemplate retirement.

That thought didn’t last long. With the new season set to kick off, Kelce made it clear that he has only one thing on his mind.

“Win a Super Bowl is the only goal,” Kelce said. “It’s the only goal. It’s every goal.”
