Travis Kelce’s Moment With Mom Donna Kelce Draws Attention at Chiefs Practice

The Kansas City Chiefs are two weeks into NFL training camp and are set to return to action Saturday night when they travel to Arizona to face the Cardinals in their preseason opener.

As the team ramps up preparations for the season, one special guest was on hand over the weekend to take in a full-padded practice: fan favorite Donna Kelce, mother of star tight end Travis Kelce.

Donna was seen proudly sporting her son’s iconic No. 87 Chiefs jersey, and the two shared a heartfelt moment together in a photo that quickly gained attention—just as Travis gears up for his 13th NFL season, all of which have been spent in Kansas City.

Travis Kelce started training camp rocking a new haircut—after sporting long hair throughout most of the offseason, he decided to buzz it off, which is understandable given the Kansas City summer heat.

Still, whenever he and his brother Jason are with their mom Donna, she always steals the spotlight. Since the two brothers faced off in the 2023 Super Bowl, Donna has become just as beloved as them, with fans loving everything about her. Their dad Ed also shares the spotlight recently, appearing alongside Travis in the film Happy Gilmore 2, which premiered on July 25.
