The Detroit Lions thoroughly dominated the Tampa Bay Buccaneers without many of their best defensive players on Monday Night football as they held off a late rally to secure a 24-9 victory at Ford Field.
The game came amid a stellar performance from star running back Jahmyr Gibbs as the Lions' speed merchant rushed for 136 yards on just 17 attempts.
The game included a breakaway touchdown that had the X world reacting, including injured Dolphins star Tyreek Hill.
Hill shared his honest thoughts on the Lions running back as he housed a 78-yard touchdown run in the second quarter.
Hill marveled at Gibbs' speed, paying the ultimate compliment considering its source.
The Lions jumped out to a commanding lead in the second quarter on Gibbs' blazing fast 78-yard touchdown run, which prompted a Hill reaction on X.
"Gibbs a blur omg," Hill wrote at 8:09 p.m. ET after the magic unfolded.

The Lions racked up 379 total yards on the night compared with 251 for the Buccaneers and 164 of the Lions' yards came on the ground.
Gibbs and fellow Lions RB David Montgomery have flip flopped their roles as the lead back from week-to-week with Gibbs the leading man on Monday night.
Detroit now has a week off before welcoming the Minnesota Vikings to Ford Field in a game that will have major NFC North title implications in the Motor City.
The player some might say reminds NFL fans the most of Hill on Detroit's roster, receiver Jameson Williams, had a quiet night once again as he finished with zero catches.
Gibbs picked up the slack, catching three passes for 82 yards and finishing second to Amon-Ra St. Brown in receiving yards for Jared Goff's team.
Lions fans once again discussed Williams' lack of touches and appeared confused by what transpired.
Many noted that Williams is a home run hitter who forces the defense to account for him at all times while praising his strong blocking efforts.
New offensive coordinator John Morton will have plenty of time to draw up plays to involve Williams in the action next month with the Lions scheduled to resume play after their bye week.
For now, Lions fans will have time to savor their win over the Buccaneers along with the individual efforts from Gibbs and others that make the Lions' offense one of the NFL's absolute best.
