As the NFL Combine begins tonight, Florida nose tackle Cam Jackson is determined to showcase his talent and make an impression on scouts.
Speaking at a recent press conference, Jackson expressed confidence in his preparation and his ability to perform at the next level. He was asked about him going into the combine, saying, "Being dominant, for real, and just staying consistent, and playing to my true level." Jackson is looking to take the next step in his career and thinks that his best days are yet to come, "I dont even feel I've reached my full potential yet. And I feel like the more I develop, it's going to get there."

Standing at 6-foot-6 and 330 pounds, Jackson has been a key peice on Florida’s defensive line, he was a formidable run stuffer and massive presence in the trenches. In 2024, he recorded 37 tackles, 4.5 tackles for loss, two sacks, and two pass breakups while starting 11 games. Over the past two seasons with the Gators, he totaled 69 tackles and made an impact up front. Can he make the successful jump from college football to the NFL?
His performance earned him a spot in the 2025 Reese’s Senior Bowl, where he had the opportunity to compete against top talent. He also received SEC Co-Defensive Lineman of the Week honors in 2023, Jackson has been able to produce at a productive level throughout his time at Florida.
Now, as the Combine gets underway, Jackson is focused on proving that his hard work has paid off. With months of preparation behind him, he’s ready to step onto the field and show teams exactly what he can bring at the next level.
