Void Years - Should The Cleveland Browns Be Worried

Last week OBR VIP TacticalBacon22 asked a question in 'Ask The Insiders' forum:

Jack, the Eagles seem to be in trouble, any worry for what AB and the Browns are doing?

Is there anything to be worried about and are the Eagles in as bad a shape as these numbers look, I know the 2029 CAP is likely to be $379.43, They will have just over a 110m in Cap space in 2029.

I'm sure this makes sense to you, but with our (Browns) 2028 cap already sitting at 117m, does that mean we (Browns) are going to be more selective on spending, or can they (Browns) move some of that money to out years, or will they (Browns) just move current contracts to out years to offset the 2028 number?
