Von Miller teasing reunion with Broncos?

The Denver Broncos traded three-time All-Pro pass-rusher Von Miller to the Los Angeles Rams in a November deal that worked out quite well for the 32-year-old as he went on to add a second Super Bowl championship to his career resume.

Miller is set to hit free agency when the new league year opens on March 16 and has heavily been linked with a return to the Rams, most recently when NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reported this weekend that "there is mutual interest" in Miller staying put for at least another campaign. However, Miller took to social media Monday to fuel speculation he may want a reunion with the Broncos:

As Michael David Smith explained for Pro Football Talk, "5280" is a reference to the elevation of Denver's Empower Field at Mile High.

Miller also posted a picture on his Instagram story of him sporting a Broncos uniform and asking if he should wear No. 58 or No. 40. He then wrote: "I wonder if they will give me my old locker back."

Shortly before the Rams defeated the Cincinnati Bengals to win Super Bowl LVI, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reported Miller "has enjoyed his short time in L.A." but added that the veteran was "expected to fully explore" free agency. Adam Maya of the league's website suggested the Broncos would beat the Rams in a potential bidding battle for the services of the big-name defensive star who accumulated a total of 9.5 sacks over 15 regular-season games with the Broncos and Rams this past campaign.
