Not many would be willing to make San Francisco 49ers left tackle Trent Williams angry.
The 34-year-old offensive lineman stands 6-foot-5 and 320 pounds, and in the fourth quarter of Sunday’s NFC Championship games Philadelphia Eagles defensive back K’Von Wallace felt the full effects of Williams’ strength.
With less than four minutes left in the fourth quarter and the 49ers —who were down to their fourth-string quarterback — trailing 31-7, Williams grabbed Wallace by his collar and slammed him to the ground, sparking a quasi-brawl between both teams.
Big fight!

Williams also shoved Eagles WR A.J. Brown in the commotion as Wallace threw a punch at Banks and Eagles cornerback Josh Jobe threw a punch at Williams. Wallace and Williams were the only players ejected from the game.
In the middle of a scuffle with several 49ers offensive players following a Christian McCaffrey six-yard run on third down, Wallace was jawing with members of the 49ers offensive line as Aaron Banks tried pulling him away from the pile.
While Banks’ attempt was unsuccessful, Williams took matters into his own hands.
The Eagles held on for the 31-7 win to reach their second Super Bowl since 2018. They outgained the 49ers 269 yards to 164 and knocked out both 49ers QBs Brock Purdy and Josh Johnson.
