Neither the Detroit Lions nor the Green Bay Packers have much to play for in their Week 18 matchup. But that hasn't stopped the 2-13-1 Lions from pulling out all the stops for their season finale.
After falling behind 7-0 in the first quarter, Detroit evened things up with a wild trick play. First, quarterback Jared Goff faked a pitch to wide receiver Kalif Raymond before instead handing off to wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, who pitched it back to receiver Tom Kennedy. It was then Kennedy who stepped back to throw to a wide-open Raymond who sneaked past the Packers defense and ran free for a 75-yard touchdown.

Green Bay has already secured the top seed in the NFC, so a loss wouldn't hurt the team's seeding; however, the team opted to play its starters anyway in Week 18. The Lions have a chance at landing the No. 1 pick in the 2022 NFL Draft with a loss, but it would have to be coupled with a Jacksonville Jaguars win.
The Lions began the season 0-10-1 before finding a rhythm late in the year. The team is 2-3 since the beginning of December.
