Dallas Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy was not happy early in his team’s game against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday, and he took his frustration out on a tablet.
The Cowboys went for it on 4th-and-1 from the Atlanta 44-yard line while trailing 7-3 early in the second quarter. Dallas ran a jet sweep to CeeDee Lamb that was stopped well behind the line of scrimmage for a turnover on downs.
After the play, the FOX broadcast showed McCarthy on the sideline watching something on a Microsoft Surface tablet. McCarthy spiked the tablet on the ground in anger.

The Cowboys looked out of sync on offense throughout much of the first half, which has been the case for them most of the year. McCarthy is facing a great deal of pressure and likely coaching for his job, so you can understand why he seemed on edge as his team struggled once again.
