Week 6 Fantasy Football QB Rankings: Which QB Should You Start?

The two quarterbacks on bye this week are inconsequential for fantasy purposes. Injuries to Lamar Jackson and Brock Purdy have both quarterbacks up in the air, but the real news of the week has been the Cincinnati Bengals giving up on Jake Browning and trading within the division for Cleveland Browns quarterback Joe Flacco.

The 40-year-old journeyman is expected to start immediately, which should give a boost to Cincinnati's targets and make the Bengals more competitive, but it means effectively nothing for broadening the fantasy quarterback pool. The immobile veteran behind a feeble line spells disaster more often than not.

Overall, it's a solid week for quarterback matchups, allowing you to get away with starting any one of those from No. 13-19 with moderate confidence. Even the Tier 5 passers could offer utility for fantasy managers in a tough spot, but they'll need some help and are best left for superflex lineups if not on the pine.
