When Will the Dolphins’ Schedule for the 2026 Season be Revealed?
A lot of information about the Miami Dolphins’ 2026 slate has already come to light. To start, we already know the Dolphins will play eight games at home and nine on the road. Plus, we know they’ll face off against their fellow AFC East division rivals — the New England Patriots, New York Jets, and Buffalo Bills — twice apiece and play all of the AFC West and NFC North teams once.
However, the dates and times for every one of those 17 contests for the upcoming season haven’t been set in stone. Understandably, plenty of Dolphins fans are itching for more information as to their team’s schedule, and they won’t have to wait much longer for those details to come out.
The 2026 NFL schedule is set to be announced in its entirety just days from now, on May 14. Folks will be able to tune in to a live broadcast of the schedule release on NFL Network and ESPN2 that night.
While it’ll be worth fans’ time to check what the team’s regular-season schedule looks like and when Miami has its bye week, the squad is already set for a brutal slate of games regardless. Warren Sharp recently used statistics to conclude that the Dolphins’ strength of schedule is the second-toughest in the league, and that’s with the dates and times of those contests still anyone’s guess.
All in all, before Dolphins fans know it, they will have full access to their favorite team’s schedule for the 2026 season, but that schedule won’t have them feeling any more optimistic about the season’s outcome. All signs point to the coming campaign being defined by long stretches of losing as the young players and new coaching staff find their footing in Year 1 of a full-on rebuild.
