YouTube Announces Big Change For Sunday NFL Ticket Package

The 2025 NFL season will be the third season in which YouTube TV has the exclusive NFL Sunday Ticket package.

It had been on DirecTV for a long time before YouTube TV bought the rights, starting with the 2023 season. For the last two seasons, fans had to pay the total cost for the whole season upfront, which is $378 for YouTube TV subscribers and $480 for non-subscribers.

Things will look a little different for the 2025 season because fans can now pay a monthly fee, instead of the total for the entire season. If you are subscribed to YouTube TV, you can choose a monthly payment of $31.50 for the season, but if you're not a subscriber, the price jumps up to $40 a month.

If a fan has a YouTube TV base plan and the NFL Sunday Ticket package, the fan gets to watch most preseason games, all regular season games, including out-of-market games, and all playoff games.

Fans can also get the NFL Sunday Ticket package and bundle it with NFL RedZone, which jumps around to different games every Sunday and shows the big moments. It's a must-have if you're an NFL fan.

The monthly payment option is a good one to have since fans can decide if they want to pay a monthly fee for NFL Sunday Ticket or if they want to be billed all at once.

The season still doesn't start for a little over four months, but it's never a bad time to get ahead of things and purchase Sunday Ticket for the 2025 season.

This is also a big week for the NFL since the 2025 NFL Draft starts at 8 p.m. ET on Thursday.
