This morning, reports are that San Diego Gulls goalie Calle Clang is heading overseas as he’s joining the Swedish Hockey League to play with Rögle BK. He is signing a two-year deal. Clang appeared in 36 games for the Gulls this season, going 18-9-9 with a 2.80 goals-against average, a .897 save percentage, and three shutouts. Clang’s leaving is partial due to the team turning to Damian Clara, who got the start in the Calder Cup Playoffs.
