The St. Louis Blues and left winger Dylan Holloway have agreed to a five-year contract extension worth $7.75 AAV. Holloway was set to become a restricted free agent on July 1.

Holloway has found his footing in St. Louis. In his two seasons with the franchise he has recorded back-to-back seasons of at least 20 goals. The former first-round pick also has also recorded 50-plus points in both seasons.

The only concern with Holloway moving forward is his health. Holloway was placed on IR back in January with a lower-body injury and only played 59 games this season. He also only played 77 games with the Blues in 2024-25, and did not play a full 82 games with the Edmonton Oilers in his two seasons with the team.
