The Chicago Blackhawks organization has made many changes in recent years, but now, they've made the shock move to fire a staff member that's been there since 2008. Just a few short years ago, the Chicago Blackhawks were coming off one of the best dynasties in modern hockey, but now, things have turned around completely as this team looks to continue their rebuild, led by Connor Bedard and General Manager Kyle Davidson. Now, the organization has made a shock decision, as it was announced that they are parting ways with a veteran staffer that joined the team way back in 2008 before their Patrick Kane/Jonathan Toews led dynasty began, becoming one of their longest tenured employees throughout that time. That staffer is conditioning coach Paul Goodman, who has been there through the good, the bad and the ugly in Chicago, and while it's unclear exactly why he'd been moved on, it's certainly a shock decision from the Blackhawks.
