Dach was recalled from the Rockford IceHogs on Feb. 24, where he played three games. Colton Dach had been sent down on Feb. 5 after 13 games with the Blackhawks and being asked to "be more physical."
Since Feb. 24, Dach leads the Blackhawks in hits per 60 with 17.7 in 12 games. During his 13-game call-up, Dach led the Hawks in hits with 16.33/60. Dach's numbers have improved at 5-on-5 with a 47% Corsi and a 50 xG%. He had a 32% Corsi and a 34 xG% during his 13-game callup. Part of that increase is most likely due to Dach spending time with Connor Bedard and Frank Nazar.
Dach has two goals and five assists in 25 games played.
