The Norfolk Admirals have made a splash between the pipes by signing goaltender Collin Delia for the 2026-27 season. Delia, 32, played in just eight games last season overseas in Sweden. This will be his second stint in the ECHL, as he played 10 games with the Indy Fuel during the 2017-18 season, when he saw action at all three levels of pro hockey. Delia will join Matt Vernon and Luke Pavicich between the pipes in Norfolk. This is a massive signing by the Admirals, as they will likely lean on Vernon and Delia.
Norfolk also signed defenseman Holden Wale yesterday, while placing Ian Pierce on waivers.
