ECHL: Robbie Stucker Heads Overseas

The St. Paul, Minnesota, native was drafted by the Columbus Blue Jackets in the seventh round of the 2017 NHL Draft. Stucker has spent his entire career in the ECHL, where he’s put up six goals and 54 assists for 60 points in 146 games with five different teams, and played in three games during the 2025 Kelly Cup Playoffs with the Reading Royals.

Junior and NCAA Career

Prior to going pro, Stucker spent one season in the USHL, playing for the Chicago Steel and Fargo Force. In 56 games, he had five goals and 27 assists for 32 points. He would add two goals and eight assists for 10 points in 14 games during the 2018 Playoffs as the Force won the Clark Cup.

Stucker would then head to the NCAA, where he spent his first three seasons of eligibility at the University of Minnesota. During his time with the Golden Gophers, he had two goals and 14 assists for 16 points in 79 games. He would spend his final two seasons of eligibility at the University of Vermont, where he had seven goals and 22 assists for 29 points in 67 games with the Catamounts.
