The Edmonton Oilers have signed Jeff Skinner to a 1-year, $3 million contract after he was bought out a couple days ago. Skinner has never made the playoffs in his career, but he hopes to change that now by joining the Stanley Cup contending Oilers. Last season with the Sabres, Skinner notched 24 goals and 22 assists for 46 points.
