Another week has passed, and it’s time for another LA Kings‘ weekly prospect update. This week’s update was highlighted by Kenny Connors, who is off to a great start in his professional career with the Ontario Reign.

Connors played in both Reign games and recorded a goal, an assist, and his first professional fight for the Gordie Howe hat trick in their 3-2 win over the Bakersfield Condors in the first meeting between the two clubs.

Connors has 11 points (4 G, 7 A) in 17 games and leads all Reign rookie skaters in points (11) and +/- rating (+13). He’s solidified the third-line center role for the Reign.
