LA Kings Prospect Update – Week 12/1

Another week has passed, and it’s time for another LA Kings‘ weekly prospect update. Defenseman Kirill Kirsanov highlighted this week’s update. Kirsanov played in both games for the Ontario Reign this weekend and scored his first two AHL goals.

The 23-year-old defenseman is playing in his first season in North America and has been a steady, solid presence on the backend as a rookie for the Reign. Good to see him chip in with two goals in Ontario’s 6-1 win over the Calgary Wranglers.

Kirsanov has four points in 21 games and has a +5 rating.
