Marc-Andre Fleury has revealed his first venture after retirement, and in doing so, the veteran goaltender disrespected his former team in the Chicago Blackhawks.

After a long career that spanned 21 seasons, Marc-Andre Fleury officially walked away from the NHL after the 2024/25 campaign, solidifying his place as one of the greatest goaltenders of all-time.

In that time, Fleury tallied a career record of 575-339-97 with a 2.60 GAA and a .912 save percentage, winning three Stanley Cups with the Pittsburgh Penguins in the process.

He would go on to play for more teams after departing the Penguins, and after retirement, he has honoured those teams, releasing a vodka from his hometown in Quebec that honours those teams.

However, the 40-year old may have forgotten about one team, as his new product comes in three bottles honouring Pittsburgh, Vegas and Minnesota, completely disrespecting the Chicago Blackhawks, for whom he played 45 games with back in the 2021/22 campaign.

Fans were quick to notice this as well, as many on social media called out the veteran and wondered why he wouldn't honour a team that he played with at the NHL level.

From all reports, Fleury doesn't look back on his half season with the Blackhawks fondly, and is much prouder of the work he did in Vegas, Minnesota and Pittsburgh, all of whom he has honoured following his incredible career.

At the end of the day, some fans won't be happy with the disrespect, but we don't know what went on behind the scenes for Fleury to feel this way, but for fans of the other three teams, this is an amazing opportunity to pick up some memorabilia from your favourite team.
