The Minnesota Wild revealed their 2025-26 NHL regular season schedule on Wednesday.
After a six-game preseason slate, they'll open the real campaign on the road in St. Louis on October 9. Two days later, on a Saturday night, they'll play their first game in the newly-named Grand Casino Arena in St. Paul against the Columbus Blue Jackets.
The Wild's most common opponents, at four matchups each, are Central Division foes Chicago, Colorado, Dallas, Nashville, and Winnipeg (20 total games). They'll play three games against two other Central teams and all of the Pacific Division teams (30 games) and two games against all 16 teams in the Eastern Conference (32 total).
The longest homestand of the season comes early on — it's a six-gamer from October 25 to November 4. Nine of the Wild's 14 games in November are at home, which is more home games than they have in any other month. The longest road trip of the season is a seven-gamer from December 27 to January 8, which starts in Winnipeg and then features six games in the Pacific time zone.
The 2026 Winter Olympics in Italy will result in a break from February 4 through 26. Several Wild players are expected to play for their countries.
19 of the Wild's 41 home games will take place on a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. 12 total games, including four home games, will start before 5 p.m. this season.
