Matthew Fairburn: Buffalo Sabres coach Lindy Ruff said that forward Jason Zucker and defenseman Conor Timmins could join the team for their morning skate today.

NHL Rosters: The Philadelphia Flyers have placed forward Nikita Grebenkin on the IR.

Corey Long: Flyers defenseman Rasmus Ristolainen was a late scratch last night. He had left Saturday’s game in the third with an undisclosed injury.

Josh Getzoff: Pittsburgh Penguins forward Bryan Rust practiced yesterday but did not take part in line rushes.

Robert Tiffin: San Jose Sharks forward Macklin Celebrini missed last night’s game with a lower-body injury.

“Obviously, (Celebrini) didn’t play tonight,” Sharks coach Ryan Warsofsky said. “We’ll evaluate tonight and tomorrow and see where he’s at. He’s still being evaluated.”

Erik Erlendsson: Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Emil Lilleberg missed last night’s game. He’s listed as day-to-day and might miss a week. Forward Dominic James is day-to-day.
