NHL releases 2025 Round 2 playoff schedule, Leafs face Panthers

The NHL has released the schedule for Round 2 of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs, including the upcoming series between the Toronto Maple Leafs and Florida Panthers. These two teams faced off in the second round of the 2023 playoffs as well, with the Panthers winning decisively in five games.

The series between the Winnipeg Jets and St. Louis Blues is the only one left in Round 1, with the deciding Game 7 scheduled for May 4th. Once that series concludes, we’ll have the full Round 2 schedule. However, we do know the full schedule for the Leafs’ series.

Leafs 2025 second round schedule

The Leafs will have home ice advantage in this series. Game 1 is scheduled for May 5th at 8:00PM ET, and Game 2 on May 7th at 7:00PM ET. The series goes every other night with the exception of a three day gap between games four and five.
