NHL Reporters Reveal Growing Tension In The Bruins Locker Room Involving David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand

On a recent radio show, NHL reporters discussed the growing problems in the Bruins locker room, which is now involving David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand.

The drama just seems to keep unfolding when it comes to the Boston Bruins on and off the ice, and the ongoing tension between stars David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand is coming to a head, reportedly.

According to WEEI's Rich Keefe, the relationship between the two team leaders is strained, leaving the organization with a critical decision: mend the rift or face the possibility of trading one of their marquee players.

'The locker room is a disaster, and David Pastrnak is at the center of that. David Pastrnak has told the team he doesn't want to be on a line with Brad Marchand, and it may stem from Brad Marchand calling out Pastrnak for some of his play.'

Keefe has been on a tear of late, breaking stories on everything from the firing of head coach Jim Montgomery to the injury status of Hampus Lindholm.

The on-ice performance hasn't been much better for the Boston Bruins compared to their off-ice drama. As a result of a six-game losing streak, they dropped all the way to 11th place in the Eastern Conference by points percentage.

The team has been mirroring their off-ice drama on the ice leaving fans and analysts to wonder how this will turn out for the organization.

Whether they can snap the streak and eventually take care of the core issues within the organization remains to be seen, but as the Bruins prepare to take on the Florida Panthers Saturday afternoon in Sunrise, the story of the game is how they can regroup.
