Here's a list of notable events on March 4 in Chicago Blackhawks history.

2017: Patrick Kane Strikes Twice vs. Nashville

On March 4, 2017, Patrick Kane scored two goals to help the Blackhawks defeat the Nashville Predators 5-3.

Kane scored the lone goal of the first period before Jordin Tootoo gave Chicago a 2-0 lead midway through the second period. Viktor Arvidsson and Calle Jarnkrok struck for the Predators in the middle frame, sandwiching a Jonathan Toews goal for the Blackhawks.

Arvidsson lit the lamp early in the third period to bring Nashville even, but Brian Campbell's late goal followed by Kane's empty-netter sealed the Blackhawks' win.
