The 'Stanley Cup Playoff hat-tricks' quiz

For the first time since 2021-22, Sidney Crosby and the Pittsburgh Penguins are in the Stanley Cup Playoffs. In their return, they get an inter-state clash with the Philadelphia Flyers as the first obstacle in a potential Cup run.

The three-time Stanley Cup champion scored 29 goals while dishing out 45 assists to record 70+ points for the 14th time in his career. Even if he is 38 years old, Crosby is a proven playoff performer. He’s tied for 18th all-time in NHL history with 71 goals in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and two Conn Smythe Trophies for postseason MVP to go with his three championships.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Crosby is one of 19 players with three or more hat-tricks in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and one of 54 with more than one under their belt. With that being said, can you name the NHL players to score three or more goals in a Stanley Cup Playoff game multiple times?

Good luck!
