The San Jose Sharks entering tonight’s game against the Capitals are currently in a playoff spot to everyone’s surprise. The Sharks may be getting a boost soon enough. Today they sent forward Michael Misa to the AHL on a conditioning stint. He will suit up on Friday night for the San Jose Barracuda when they face the Tucson Roadrunners. Misa has missed the last 14 games with a lower-body injury. He sustained the injury back on November 5th in the Sharks’ 6-1 win over the Kraken. Misa in seven games this season had three points on goal and two assists; he was a minus-one. He was just heating up before the injury now he will soon return to the Sharks lineup.
