Sidney Crosby does incredible deed for mistreated fan in Detroit

Sidney Crosby has been with the Pittsburgh Penguins for years at this point and his time with the team has been incredibly successful.

He has three Stanley Cups to his name and in the eyes of many, he is one of the classiest people to ever grace the game. Both on and off of the ice, Crosby has always conducted himself with class. He understands he is a role model and he understands that millions of hockey fans tune in every night to see him play.

Those fans have been rewarded with some truly magical moments. His Stanley Cups, his golden goal, the Olympic wins in 2010 and 2014. These are all of the things that make Crosby among the five greatest players in the history of the entire NHL.

One thing he always does is make time for the fans. Case in point, his most recent act of kindness. As you can see, a fan had a Rimouski Oceanic jersey. After Crosby saw the fan get mistreated, he made sure to sign the jersey, much to the delight of the fan.

Good guy Sid strikes again. A fan hung his Rimoski authentic pro jersey over the tunnel in Detroit. Security rips it down and throws it back. Sid saw it, said "give me that", a fan yells to him to bring it back. Penguins team security get his name, gives it to Sid and he signed it for the fan. All round great story, good guy Sid.
