Season | Team | League | GP | G | A | P |
---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
2023–24 | U.S. National U17 Team | NTDP | 51 | 2 | 4 | 6 |
2024–25 | U.S. National U18 Team | NTDP | 60 | 2 | 4 | 6 |
Maceo Phillips is a defensive defenceman who excels in playing physically. The young defenceman is a hard hitter who can be a solid depth defenceman. The Flames have a fair share of young offensive defencemen in their prospect pool, so it was worth gaining a defensive defenceman.
Phillips played a couple of years in the NTDP for the US National Development Program. For the 2025–26 season, he is committed to playing at the University of Minnesota. Here, he will play against stronger players and gain a better opportunity to develop his skills. He was ranked to be drafted in the 80th overall range.
