The trade market in the NHL is set to heat up in the coming weeks, and now, Boston Bruins veteran Pavel Zacha has been linked to two very intriguing teams.

NHL free agency is a few days old now, and while there are still some interesting names out there, contending teams are now more likely to add to their team via trade ahead of the 2025/26 campaign.

On the trade front, there are many options out there along with some intriguing offer sheet candidates, and with the Boston Bruins looking towards the future, they've got some pieces that could be used in trades.

One of the obvious names would be 28-year old Pavel Zacha, who is coming off three fantastic seasons with the Bruins, posting 57, 59 and 47 points over that time, even with the team taking a major step back last year.

Now, according to reports, his name is out there on the trade market, and according to The Hockey News, the Vancouver Canucks and Utah Mammoth are two names to keep an eye on when it comes to potentially acquiring Zacha.

According to Jimmy Murphy, the talk around Zacha has picked up immensely in recent times, and with great size at 6-foot-3 and over 600 NHL games under his belt, he could be the perfect 2C for Vancouver, Utah or other teams in need of a fix at the centre position.

As pointed out, Zacha's current deal is for $4.75 million over the next two years, and with the veteran still being under 30 and contributing at a career high level in recent years, he should be someone at the top of every trade list around the league, so don't be surprised to see him moved in the next few weeks.
