Since opening in 2016, T-Mobile Arena has become the UFC’s marquee stage in its hometown. The venue has already hosted 20 sold-out UFC events. With five of the company’s top 10 biggest live gates taking place there.
“T-Mobile Arena has been home to some of the most iconic UFC fights of the last decade,” UFC President and CEO Dana White said in Thursday’s announcement. “Five of our top 10 biggest gates have happened in that arena, and I look forward to breaking more records together.”
For fight fans, the arena has become synonymous with the sport’s biggest moments, including Conor McGregor’s rematch with Nate Diaz, Khabib Nurmagomedov’s grudge match with McGregor, and Jon Jones’ championship return.
Length: 2026–2030 (five years)
Annual Events: 4 UFC PPVs + 2 WWE shows
Venue Legacy: Second-most used UFC venue since COVID, behind the UFC APEX
