2024 Masters runner-up Ludvig Aberg had a "one in ten thousand" approach shot during the Genesis Scottish Open on Thursday.
On the 448-yard par 4 eighth hole, Aberg sent his second shot towards the green, and that's when things got wild, as his ball landed directly on top of two-time major winner Collin Morikawa's.
That sent both balls flying off the green and prompted spectators to gasp.

According to a Yahoo Sports report, Aberg's ball ended up 81 feet from the pin and eventually settled for a bogey.
Morikawa had his ball approximately 10 feet from the cup, per the report, before it was sent rolling off the green.
The 2020 PGA Championship and 2021 Open Championship victor was able to return his ball to the previous location, however, and he finished with a birdie.
The bizarre incident didn't appear to rattle either golfer, as Morikawa was tied for eighth with a five-under 61 through 17 holes, while Aberg was tied for third with a six-under 60 entering the 18th hole.
