Snoop Dogg identifies new favorite sport at 2024 Summer Olympics

Snoop Dogg's Summer Olympics journey has taken part in so many sports at the 2024 Summer Olympics. However, one event he didn't follow before has become his new favorite: Equestrian.

While sitting alongside his BFF Martha Stewart, the American rap icon told NBC's Mike Tirico his new-found fondness for the sport.

"I didn't realize [before] that I really love the chemistry of the driver and the horse -- I call him a driver because he's actually driving -- but it felt good seeing it in the audience and watching it all take place," he said.

He added that his like for the event took him so far as to feed one of the horses -- something he wasn't expecting.

"I'm really scared of horses," he admitted.

It probably didn't hurt that one of the horses was named Gin & Juice, sharing a title with one of Snoop's hits off of the 1993 album "Doggystyle."

The 52-year-old rapper and producer has lit up the global stage since carrying the Olympic torch ahead of the Summer Games opening in Paris. In addition to being in the stands at multiple events to show his support, he also swam with Olympic great Michael Phelps and tried his hand at everything from judo to track and field.
