If you think Week 2 of the college football season was a doozy, you're in for an even bigger treat with some marquee matchups slated for Week 3. But which is the biggest game when it comes to putting your money down?

The Vols took a huge jump in the AP ranking from No. 14 thanks to a 2-0 start by massive scores. Josh Heupel's men opened up with a 69-3 victory against Chattanooga before holding off a very good NC State team in Week 2 51-10. Tennessee now has the biggest point spread of the week at 49 and a massive over/under of 62.5.
Tennessee has the potential to go 3-0 here and would be a solid team to back with an outright bet. When it comes to that massive spread, however, you're probably safer backing Kent State to cover.
The Crimson Tide's Week 2 win against USF was ugly, to say the least, as they had to score three un-answered touchdowns with less than six minutes to go. Now Alabama is favored on the 16-point spread in this game, although quarterback Jalen Milroe and his receivers will be going up against a tough Wisconsin defense.
Pro Football Focus notes that the Badgers defense has an average blitz rate, but "t does have the secondary that can hold up if Luke Fickell decides to send the house more against Milroe."
This could be a hard situation for Alabama to cover, going up against safety Hunter Wohler in a raucous Big Ten building.
That 31-12 loss to Texas put the defending CFB champs on their heels, and knocked them down seven points in the power ranking. They host an Arkansas State team in Week 3 that is 2-0 on the season and has won both of their previous games by less than five points.
The Wolverines are 23.5-point favorites at DK, but don't be surprised if they have to grind out a win against the hungry Red Wolves.
When it comes to the big in-state battles in the Pacific Northwest, it's hard to pick one over the other.
The Apple Cup, with Washington hosting Washington State, should be a wild ride as both teams try to find continuity at offense. Meanwhile, the visiting No. 9 Oregon Ducks look to move back up the ranking and will have to do so against an Oregon State Beavers squad that has won the last two matchups in Corvallis.
All four teams enter the weekend with 2-0 records. Both have point spreads under 15 points. These promise to be two very cagey games. Wager at your own risk.
